Hello fellow residents of Viridian Square.
At the recent residents committee meeting Noise disturbances was one of the hot topics highlighted on the agenda.
In light of the ongoing noise disturbances and anti social behaviour which is being experienced in Viridian Square here are some useful numbers when reporting your concerns:
Any issues regarding noise or unacceptable behaviour must be reported to Thames Valley Police directly on the following number: 08458505505
Details will be taken regarding your concerns and you can request that a unit is sent to the square to investigate the issue at hand. Try to furnish the police officer with as much information as possible when calling them eg: Apartment number where the noise is present, etc.
All information passed to Thames Valley police is treated as confidential. It is important that all disturbances are reported in this way.Weekly logs of complaints made to the police regarding issues here are being reviewed by Jo Loftus who was present at the residents meeting that evening. She is working with the Thames Valley PCSO Gary Rockett who is also monitoring all concerns regarding noise issues here at present.
You can drop Gary a line or give him a ring at work making use of the following contact information:

Jo Loftus who was present at the first committee meeting and who spoke about the possibility of issuing ASBO's if anti social behaviours persist can be emailed at:

Please make use of these contacts as it is important that current behaviours are addressed here in the Square. They are causing much frustration to many other considerate residents living here.
Hopefully if people are confronted directly regarding their disturbances they will be more considerate and aware of their neighbours in the months to come. Thanks for your assistance residents.
Hope to see you at the next Residents Committee meeting.
