Timers in electric heaters in The Firs

The wall heaters are made by 'Chatsworth Heating'. Their website and details are here:

The model is a Brio Progress Wall Convector. Chatsworth would ref to the timer as a 'programmer'.

Does the heater itself still work? If I were you, I would visually check the contacts between the bottom of the timer and the inside of the wall heater. Try gently vacuuming inside the heater where the timer sits, to see that it is making a connection.

Otherwise, call Chatsworth on 01903 771021 for advice. They are setup I think for trade, but they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Just wondered in block B (the firs) if anyone else has had problems with the individual timers that slot into the electric heaters?

one of my timers no longer works - the display is blank, although the base feels warm as if the heater is attempting to charge its battery.

i need to try and buy a new one but neither the heaters nor the timers have a brand name so it's impossible to search online for the product.

i will try crest but i'm not sure how helpful they'll be.

if anyone knows the make of the heaters or where i can get a new timer locally, i'd be most grateful
