Complaints about more noise

To All Residents,

This morning at 3.15am i was woken by a resident and her friends returning from a night out.I was also contacted by another resident at the same time who was also woken up.This resident came back making lots of noise and then let her friends stand on the balcony shouting and just being noisey.This went on until gone 4am.You have been told many times about the noise you make but you seem to think that you can act how you like with total disregard to your neighbours.As one of the directors i feel it is my duty to put a stop to this.On monday morning i will be contacting circle living about this matter.
