Loud noise during the night

We had a spate of vandalism and theft a few months ago, but it was reported, police upped patrols, and actually there was rumour that it was actually some residents that have since moved away.

Indeed, I have not heard of any incidents now for some time.

Hopefully, it will continue that way!

It would help if the street lights worked properly, but hopefully that will soon be resolved.

No worries.I have to say that i have not had any problems with vandelism or theft of any kind and not really heard from my friends there that they have had problems.Dont let that put you off.have a look as they really are lovely apartments.Let me know of there is anything else you want to know.

thanks for getting back to us so quickly, we where looking forward to our veiwing which is next week but stumbling along long this forum has put doubt in are minds, do u know if the other problems mentioned have improved IE the thefts from cars and the vandalism. many thanks for your help and advice on this matter.

The noise has seemed to have calmed down but it does depend on the weather.when its warm there does seem to be lots of various tennants having partys and they have there balcony doors open so yo can hear,but it has been better over the last month.

Its just the odd few flats where the people seem to not to care about other residents but i have been in contact with the police who have been very helpful and have a few things in place to stop it.

We are currently looking at shared ownership at viridian square and wondering if the noise at night has stopped????

I am in the process of buying a shared ownership flat and although i am looking foward to living their i do have some concerns over the noise at night.

I stay there most weekends and more often than not on a saturday night there have been parties,i dont have a problem with people enjoying themselves but i do have a problem that certain residents seem to think that it is acceptable to scream and shout and play loud music into the early hours of the morning.It seems to be the same residents doing this and they almost have the attitude that they can do what they like without considering other residents.

I was just wondering if any other residents have noticed this problem as i think it needs to be adressed.We all have to live there so a bit of understanding and consideration to other residents isnt a lot to ask for.
