Repairs and maintenance issues

Hello all,

Sarah (who ws at the meeting) and I are meeting with the Management Rep on Tuesday morning (27th September).

I am making a list of all the outstanding maintenance issues on the square; I am already aware of some of these, but if there is anything that I have missed off the list below please reply to this post stating what the problem is and where (and perhaps how long it's been outstanding) so that they can be prioritised accordingly.

Known issues:
1) Street lighting incorrectly timed;
2) Broken street light outside of north (station) end of Block C stairs;
3) Internal light bulbs have 'blown' on many fittings;
4) Weak return spring on entrance door to Block C;
5) Loose/broken stair carpet protector in Block C;
6) Leaking water/waste pipe in Block C (north end);
7) Bike shed lock;
Litter and discarded chewing gum.
