Gate problems

To All Residents,

There seems to be a problem with the gates not opening from the walton street side.I have been out and reset them in hope that this has a good effect.

As a director i am always happy to help with problems.When i reset the gates just now there were 3 cars waiting to come through.when they opened not one said thank you.I don't get paid to do this and don't expect to but what i do expect is a bit of respect,so if i have to help in some way a little thank you would be nice.
